Another Kurdish Activist Mr. Anwar Rostami has been Sentenced to Death

Student Council of Defense of Human Rights in Kurdistan: Mr. Anwar Rostami, a political activist and the resident of the city of Javanmard has been sentenced to death, on charges of being a member of a Kurdish opposition group, as well as participating in street demonstrations, protesting against the murder of Mr. Showane Ghaderi by Regime agents.
According to Mr. Rostami's family he was arrested two months ago in the city of Kermanshah.
Mr. Rostami was convicted of being a "Mohareb" (enemy of god) in a trial that lasted only a few minutes. He had been arrested previously about three years ago on similar charges and released on a 60 million Tooman bail. He is currently in the Kermanshah Prison.
